Marriott International University Intern
Residence Inn Costa Mesa
Summer 2024
Over the summer, I had the opportunity to intern at the Residence Inn located in Costa Mesa, CA. During this 12-week internship, I was exposed to various departments where I learned how the company effectively works together to build guest relationships and provide outstanding customer service. Some of these departments include working in the kitchen to help with breakfast service, checking guests in at the front desk, and helping with their reservations. The Marriott staff and culture were amazing, immediately making me feel at home and like I belonged. The management team also offered me a part-time job during the school year, so I look forward to continuing my journey with the company in the fall.

Swot Analysis
I worked with my business team at Biola University to complete a comprehensive SWOT analysis for Raytheon Technologies, where we assessed the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. I chose this project because a SWOT analysis is used in the real world of business, and if done right can give insights that will significantly help a company succeed and protect its brand. I improved my public speaking, and also learned how to more effectively communicate within a group. If I were to do this again, I would discuss more partnerships we thought Raytheon Technologies would benefit from.
Work Experience
Lego Store Associate, Downtown Disney, Anaheim CA, May 2022-May 2024
I represented the Lego brand to thousands of guests on a daily basis. Throughout this job, I have enhanced my customer service, communication and creativity skills, and have learned how to better connect with guests.
In-N-Out Burger Associate, Brea CA, Nov 2021-May 2022
I worked as a team through communication to reach a common goal. I also learned skills such as team coordination, customer service and problem solving to ensure guests satisfaction with every visit.
About Me
I live in Southern California and attend a local college, Biola University where I am pursuing a major in business administration with a minor in business analytics. When I'm not in school I love hanging out with friends and family, playing Lacrosse at college, and taking my dog for walks.

Christ Lutheran Church, Brea, CA Food Drive Volunteer, 2018
Volunteered for a food drive at my church where I helped organize and distribute boxes of food to Brea's community.
Operation Christmas Child Volunteer, 2018, 2019
Along with my school I helped assemble Christmas boxes for children in need around the world.
